The french affiliate is a "société par actions simplifiée SAS". The President is Patrice Carayon and the "Pharmacien Responsable - Directeur Général Délégué" Béatrice Vicenti.
In order to develop, manufacture and market our medicines in France with the greatest expertise for our patients, more than 560 persons work at Chiesi France. The activities of the subsidiary are divided as follows:
- At the headquarters, located in Bois-Colombes, are located: the Medical Affairs Directorate, Public Affairs, Market Access and Communication Directorate, Clinical Research, Business Knowledge and Customer Strategy Directorate, Pharmaceutical Affairs, Pharmacovigilance and Medical Information Directorate, 2 Business Units (BU): the Retail BU to develop the promotion of our medicinal products intended for private practices, with general practitioners and specialists, the Specialty Care BU to promote our medicinal products specific to the hospital world, and finally the Financial Directorate, and the Human Resources Directorate.
- In the field, more than 142 medical sales representatives promote our medicinal products in compliance with the Charter of the medical examination and strict ethical rules. They are the key stakeholders of medical information that they provide with a commitment to quality and clarity, as well as to pharmacovigilance. They are related to their respective Business Unit.
- More than 212 collaborators work on our industrial site of La Chaussée Saint-Victor (Loir et Cher) and support our medicinal product packaging and distribution.
