Pursuant to the provisions of Article L. 1453-1 of the French Public Health Code and Decree no. 2013-414 of May 21, 2013 on the transparency of the advantages granted by the companies producing or marketing health and cosmetic products for human use, CHIESI SAS makes public the information relating to the conventions agreed and benefits granted to health professionals, students and the various stakeholders in the health field.
This publication relates to the existence of these conventions as well as on the nature and amount of any benefit provided by CHIESI SAS, directly or indirectly, in cash or in kind, with a value greater than or equal to ten (10) euros.

In accordance with the amended Data Protection Act of January 06, 1978, it is stated that the processing of personal data collected by CHIESI SAS under the transparency of Links has been declared to the CNIL, that the recipients of the data collected are the authorized departments of CHIESI SAS and that anyone involved in this processing has a right of access and rectification of the data collected; nevertheless it is stated that the implementation of this processing results from a legal obligation and that the right of opposition does not apply.
